Hang ten or just hang out at Breaker Beach, Iowa’s largest wave pool or drift away on Caribbean Cruiser, the state’s longest lazy river. Cool off with a drink at the swim-up bar or take a spin on the Typhoon water slide. From thrilling to chilling, there are countless ways to keep your cool at Adventure Bay. It’s the ultimate destination for summer fun, and it’s included with your admission to Adventureland!

In fall, dust off your best lederhosen and raise a glass to the fan-favorite Oktoberfest celebration. Then, scare up the Halloween fun during Phantom Fall Fest. Keep the fun going without leaving the resort. Extend the adventure by reserving a room at Adventureland Inn, located right next door to the theme park. Featuring two indoor tropical courtyards, the hotel has three pools, a swim-up bar and Adventure Zone arcade. Host a birthday party or swim for the day with a bungalow rental or Splash Pass.
See You by the Campfire 🏕️
Set up camp just steps away from Adventureland park. Spend your days discovering the rides and attractions of the theme park and your evenings around a campfire before you doze off under the stars. Including space for both RV and tent camping, the campground also features a dog run, swimming pool and central hub with games and more!
Every Game Day is a Feast
Spectators, Iowa’s ultimate sports bar experience, can be found at Adventureland Inn. With a made-from-scratch menu, happy hour specials, and 25 beers on tap, you will not find a sports bar like it anywhere else in the area. An Iowa Tradition 50 Years Strong
Adventureland Resort has a rich history that traces its roots back to its opening in 1974. After discovering a giant fiberglass pig during a family road trip, Jack Krantz’s dream of having his kids sell concessions out of the roadside attraction grew into Iowa’s favorite family resort. Bringing first-of-a-kind rides to the Midwest like Lighthouse and Saw Mill Splash, along with beloved coasters and thrill rides, the park is now the home of Iowa’s best thrills! Adventureland has become a cherished part of Iowa's cultural landscape, creating lasting memories for generations of visitors.
