Adventureland Park 2022 Ticket Refund Policy

This refund policy pertains to items purchased directly from Adventureland Resort. Restrictions may apply.
If you purchased your items through a 3rd party, such as a credit union, please contact them directly for their refund policy. All online processing fees are non-refundable.

Policies vary based on the item purchased

 Single Day Tickets, Consecutive Two-Day Tickets and Parking Tickets

 Refund Eligibility Requirements:

  • All refund requests must be made within 90 days of purchase or by September 15th, 2022, whichever comes first. No refunds will be issued after September 15th, 2022.
  • Refunds will only be issued for unused tickets. A ticket is considered used when it is surrendered at the front gate.
  • All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser only, no exceptions.
  • If the refund request is submitted within 90 days of purchase, the refund will be issued electronically to the debit or credit card used to complete the original purchase.
  • If a refund is requested after 90 days of purchase, but before September 15th, 2022, any eligible refund will be issued as an Adventure Card for the purchase amount less a $10 processing fee.
  • If the debit or credit card is no longer in use, Adventureland will mail an Adventure Card for the purchase amount less a $10 processing fee. Please visit ‘Adventure Card Terms and Conditions’ for Adventure Card details.
  • Select vendors through Adventureland’s online discount program may not be eligible for a refund.
  • All tickets dated in the year 2021 or prior are now fully expired and are not eligible for refund, use or upgrade.

 Season Passes

 Refund Eligibility Requirements:

  • All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase or by August 21st, 2022, whichever comes first. No refunds will be issued after August 21st, 2022.
  • Refunds will only be issued for unused season pass vouchers. A season pass voucher is considered used when the pass holder is issued their plastic pass ID.
  • All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser only, no exceptions.
  • If the refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase, the refund will be issued electronically to the debit or credit card used to complete the original purchase. Please note the exception below for purchases made through Easy Pay. 
  • If the debit or credit card is no longer in use, Adventureland will mail an Adventure Card for the purchase amount less a $10 processing fee. Please visit Adventure Card Terms and Conditions for Adventure Card details.
  • If a refund is requested after 30 days of purchase, but before August 21st, 2022, any eligible refund will be issued as an Adventure Card for the purchase amount less a $10 processing fee.
  • Select vendors through Adventureland’s online discount program may not be eligible for a refund.
  • All season pass certificates(vouchers) and plastic pass IDs dated in the year 2021 or prior are now fully expired and are not eligible for refund, use or upgrade.

Easy Pay: Any unused season pass voucher purchased using 'Easy Pay' will be refunded onto an 'Adventure Card'. The amount refunded will be equal to the amount paid towards the purchase of the pass(es) less a $10 processing fee.

 Adventure Cards & Off-Season Special Events

 Refund Eligibility Requirements:

  • All sales are final. Adventure Card certificates, and off-season special events are non-refundable.
  • Adventureland reserves the right to vary the Event program and/or to add, withdraw or substitute artists. No ticket refunds or compensation will be made in such circumstances, or if the Event program varies due to the non-appearance of an advertised artist.
  • Special events will take place rain, hail, snow or shine.
