Adventureland Park Online Ticket Refund Policy

This refund policy pertains to items purchased directly from Adventureland’s website or front gate only. Restrictions may apply. If you purchased your tickets or season pass through a 3rd party, such as a credit union, please contact them directly for their refund policy. Please note tickets and season passes have separate refund policies.

Regular Season Single Day and Consecutive Two-Day Tickets

Refund Eligibility Requirements:
  • All refund requests must be made within 90 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will only be issued for unused tickets. A ticket is considered used when it is surrendered at the front gate.
  • All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser only, no exceptions.
  • The refund will be issued electronically to the debit or credit card used to complete the original purchase.
  • If the debit or credit card is no longer in use, Adventureland will mail an ‘Adventure Card’ for the refund amount. Please visit ‘Adventure Card Terms and Conditions’ for Adventure Card details.
  • No refunds will be issued after September 15th, 2019.
  • Select vendors through Adventureland’s online discount program may not be eligible for a refund.
  • If a refund is requested after 90 days of purchase, but before September 15th, 2019, any eligible refund will be issued as an Adventure Card for the refund amount.

Season Passes

  • All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser only, no exceptions.
  • The refund will be issued electronically to the debit or credit card used to complete the original purchase.
  • If the debit or credit card is no longer in use, Adventureland will mail an ‘Adventure Card’ for the refund amount. Please visit ‘Adventure Card Terms and Conditions’ for Adventure Card details.
  • No refunds will be issued after September 15th, 2019.
  • If a refund is requested after 30 days of purchase, but before September 15th, 2019, any eligible refund will be issued as an Adventure Card for the refund amount.
  • Select vendors through Adventureland’s online discount program may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Beginning in the 2020 season, Adventureland Park will no longer upgrade unused season pass certificates for a future season.

Adventure Cards and Off-Season Special Events

Refund Eligibility Requirements:
  • All sales are final. Adventure Card certificates, and off-season special events are non-refundable.
